Clean modules

This patchset removes

• unused/replaceble modules
• updates session file store fixing several bugs
• creates npm-shrinkwarp.json as suggested by @ipuustin

@ipuustin, after this patch goes do master we can update the recipe in https://github.com/solettaproject/meta-soletta/pull/72 and add the shrinkwarp in the recipe.
