Ipm v4 #20

v4: A new sample: one that reads ADC on ARC, computes mean and send value to x86 Fixed issues pointed by @glima

Some IPM samples for Zephyr.

@edersondisouza new sample is much better for users, for sure.

But I still believe the right place for it is on soletta repository, so we'll have examples for IPM C API and examples for IPM node types on cheat sheet.

But right now, it would be a nightmare to build it, wouldn't it?

Ok, @edersondisouza , you got a point.

I'll open an issue on Soletta to make it possible later.

Merging it for now
