Course Preview page don't load if user is not authenticated #214

Expected Behavior

When a unauthenticated user tries to access a course preview, system should handler the authentication error

User gets a blank page when he tries to access the course preview page and he is not authenticated

Current Behavior

User gets a blank page when he tries to access the course preview page and he is not authenticated

Steps to Reproduce

Log off
Access https://vm2161.kaj.pouta.csc.fi/coursePreview#BbGjfjnyj9J7JrgEu

Environment

[x] fix #203
[ ] Improve the flow. When you start to work on this, bring this matter to Solomon, because this more a business rule My suggestion is that an unauthenticated user should access the course preview page and if user click the subscribe button, system should open the Sign Up dialog
