Expected Behavior

Weather database is now actively used and requires a web interface for user with privileges to upload data on monthly basis. Could be done directly and sym-linked through other RTB database? (Though an issue was open about creating a centralized accounts database) Related to: #2370

-> Shall this be through a common identifier
