3 years ago Stocks (ie: accessions from a selfed population) may not always have crossing_id available (ie: legacy population, inventory, etc...) but still have pretty much all metadata already available in the database and which is commonly displayed in cross experiment page context: pedigree info, associated seedlots, etc.. Having such info available for display on population page would be very helpful to manage them in a breeding context
Expected Behavior
Population page could display a genotypic data status. If available show the genotyping protocol, list of tissues AND associated individuals in a data table
Populations deserve a separate section in the manage roll down menu (currently under manage accessions).
