Expected Behavior

Sometimes, the trials selected for comparison share clones only partly. It would be useful to compare for the partially shared clones. Not sure, if the tool filters for shared clones or expects trials that are replicates of each other only. (NextGen data managers)

Implement a more automated way to analyze trials that are connected, such as preliminary yield trials and advanced yield trials etc.

Use a specific trial(s) as a starting point and show a matrix that contains trials with which they share accessions.

Just curious about this ticket. Is already fixed?
