In Search Wizard I can not save genotype projects to dataset In Dataset Details the "Make Public", "Make Private", and "Delete" button don't function

tested on our machines and cassavabase

In Dataset Details page the "Make Public/Private/Delete" buttons don't work because the code was copied from wizard page. The code has to be rewritten to work outside wizard page.
