Update SchemaSpy #5024

Expected Behavior

Some users would like to know more about the underlying database schema. A long time ago we had a service called schemaspy running for this purpose. Could it be re-activated or an alternate tool identified and deployed?

Ran SchemaSpy and added output to a git repo at https://github.com/solgenomics/schemaspy. Checked it out on https://breedbase.org/schemaspy and added links in the breedbase.org about menu and the developer's docs (sgn/wiki).
