Publish shape trees #105

I'll take a stab at defining shape trees for contacts and bookmarks.

For contacts I should add it to https://github.com/solid/contacts probably. And maybe we should start https://github.com/solid/bookmarks

We probably don't need to proliferate repositories. Shapes and shape trees could simply go to https://github.com/solid/shapes
