Update documentation.md #289

Just some tidy ups. I'm not sure about the link to help someone create a WebID (it said 'implement a WebID', which I think is very confusing, so I changed to 'create'). That link points to (what I consider) a pretty confusing discussion talking about certificates.

Maybe this text is trying to avoid mentioning inrupt or something, but isn't it easier to simply suggest going to inrupt.net and registering to get a new WebID (or just point at https://solid.community/ to register)? (You can still point to the above WebID discussion for the deeply techie people.)

Thanks Pat, all the documentation content is being migrated to the Solid repository that is linked to solidproject.org by the creators so this link is not permanent. Useful to have this input for the tidy up in any case.

The way to get a WebID includes one suggestion which is inrupt.net but this is not the only place and if it is it would be misleading that all people using Solid would have to use inrupt.net or solid.community for identification. solid.community is an experimental rather than reliable identity provider and Pod so that would also be misleading.
