WIP: fixes for alice/bob confusion, http codes and prefixes on directories

• fixed fetches that were done with Alice, which should have been Bob
• if the test is disallowed, it should check for a 403 result
• read/delete test directories are prefixed as a workaround for a problem where the recursive delete uses a cached version of the directory listing, so it fails to clean up for the next test

@ylebre this is great work thanks. I spotted the alice/bob and one of the http code errors 2 days ago, but haven't had a chance to look in detail yet. Before I merge this I was wondering if it would worth trying to solve the test you skipped with a FIXME - I guess we need to dig into whether the spec clarifies how defaults impact local ACLs.

Yes - I had a discussion with Michiel about this and got some clarification on the way those tests are supposed to work, so they are restored to the original form. PR has been cleaned up to remove those changes.
