Hi,

I've annotated my version of the PDF quite extensively up to page 111. It occurs to me that if I post it here, I'm essentially republishing your book 😀. Maybe you can let me know the best way to share it with you (e.g. on Google Docs) so that you only can read it.

Hi Peter, Google Docs is fine and you can continue working on the same document while keeping the shared link active.

Here is how you can upload a new version:

  1. Right click on the shared document
  2. Manage versions
  3. Upload new version
