feat: ✨ jump between footnotes

User Story

As a user of the Solid Design System, I would like to jump between footnote indicator in the content and the footnote, so that the digital product is fully accessible for me.

Research

what we need is: Styling for the inline link (is it just default link styling?). Styling for the "back" link. To prevent semantics of the list, ideally the link should not be on the number, but maybe more at the end of the footnote.

@coraliefeil @yoezlem @mariohamann I just received the feedback, that this might even not be possible as some users need place the same footnote to multiple parts in the page/app. This means, we would have to add multiple jumpmarks into the same footnote.

=> In case we provide a sample, we need to specify the usecase carfully.
