fix: 🤔 Scrollbar appears by default in sd-select component #1318

Current behavior

When the sd-select is imported, a scrollbar is always displayed (only Windows) https://codepen.io/OezlemYi/pen/yLdEMKe

Expected behavior

The sd-select is displayed just like in the Storybook. Components / sd-select - Docs ⋅ Solid Design System by Union Investment (Storybook) (union-investment.de)

Technical Information

Happens only with Windows, tested it with Windows and Edge.

@yoezlem Windows has an accessibility setting "Always show scrollbar." Do we know if this setting was turned on when these screenshots were taken?
