When the video duration is relatively short, such as under 20 seconds, VLC player returning the position inSeconds is 0,but the video is playing #496

and,mp4 formats media also hanpened the isssue

Same here position stuck's on 15 seconds and wont reach the total duration of the video.

I know it is base vlc.the problem also happened in vlc player application.
