generate diagrams from source #121

this follows up on #99

now only mermaid source of the sequence diagram gets committed to the repo and svg gets generated using mermaid-cli module from npm

@justinwb we would need to update netlify setup to run bash build.sh

It would be good to have the GH Action scripts run build.sh, too. That way we can catch any errors early.
