Should the Solid-OIDC spec here make it clearer that a server not implementing Solid-OIDC MUST NOT provide a value for the solid_oidc_supported option with the intent of indicating that they don't support it (e.g., should it state explicitly that having something like "solid_oidc_supported: "Not supported yet (but it's coming soon!)"" would be non-compliant)...?

@pmcb55 you might want to transfer this issue to the authentication-panel repo.

The Solid-OIDC specification makes it clear what a conforming value is. It does not need to clarify what a non-conforming value would be.
