Add redirection pages #184

These HTML files did not make it into #183 so I am adding them as a separate PR

I went ahead and merged this, as people are running into problems when encountering 404 errors at the old location

Noting that if HTML redirect is the only way to redirect for GH pages, ... thanks for the PR and merging.

Alternative is to not redirect and have a page that a user can click.. thinking that's not particularly better.

I wonder whatever if crawlers encountering these docs go back home and the HTML redirect is somehow taken into account.
