Consolidate survey responses from panelists.

Okay with the rough merge... might want to note that I've used this format:

* +1 csarven: foo bar baz

Reasons:

* will make a list item (one for each survey response)
+1 to indicate vote, and it comes first so that it can be easily scanned in the whole survey as they'll all be left aligned.
csarven: yes, that's me.
foo bar baz indicates mission critical stuff.

I suggest using that as a template so that new responses follow the same pattern.

might want to note that I've used this format

Looking at order of PRs it seems that #109 was created after #107 and #108 Possibly having first response suggesting format already in survey before asking others to submit their answers would have helped to have consistent formating.

@csarven maybe after merging this PR you could create commit which changes format to the one you suggest ?
