fix some punctuation in index.bs #168

i.e. (which wasn't used correctly, as it comes from Latin "id est", and means roughly "that is") and e.g. (also from Latin "exempli gratia", meaning roughly "for example") both require a comma after, and typically before. Google will bring you to numerous guides saying so.

If there's confusion, it's usually best to use words instead of these abbreviations.

Weirdly, github is now telling me there are conflicts that must be resolved before merging is possible, but I'm not given the ability to click the "Resolve conflicts" button because they're "too complex to resolve in the web editor". I can't imagine what's so complex, as my changes are tiny!

Master has some major changes, it must have introduced conflicts.

It looks like renaming wac-ucr to authorization-ucr causes conflict.
