Ok, I have added ShEx for WAC+ which was a [Todo] in the code. Please check that the ShEx is well formed, as I am really working from examples. I hope to get some time soon to learn it in more detail...

@bblfish I see you have a lot of suggestions on this PR. On Files changed tab you can use Add suggestion to batch buttons to add them into a single commit.
