Is this related to the discussion on UMA-like use cases I started on the discussion forums following this coming up in the meeting in the last two weeks? If so what do you make of @acoburn's use case I consider there?

I made a PR on this PR https://github.com/solid/authorization-panel/pull/232 IT is quite a big change - even though we discussed it in the meeting - so I just wanted to check that that's fine first.
