Here I generalized the use case to something a bit more open to the web. (For the meaning of Open see the 2 pages of the PhD thesis intro I posted here: https://twitter.com/bblfish/status/1398230682237911041 I came across this from the talk on Monoidal Categories explained without mathematics further up in the thread. )

During the meeting we agreed to start with keeping @justinwb original simpler version and add extended version under it. This way everyone can work on solution at the level they feel comfortable with. At some point in the future if we are happy with solutions for extended version we can prune the simpler version.

ok, I have separated the pod only and web wide issues that extend the original use case.
