Remove references to acp:AccessPolicy #234

Fixes https://github.com/solid/authorization-panel/issues/145.

I think we can remove the straight references to acp:AccessPolicy in sample code for now to avoid confusion. In the longer term, once the first draft of a draft of ACP gets merged into main, we could move the first acp proposal to the archive folder or delete it from the main branch.
