Fault in example for the Solid-Interoperability Specification #319

https://solid.github.io/data-interoperability-panel/specification/snippets/alice.example/54a1b6a0.ttl This example needs to have the 'interop:dataOwner' field. Properly should be 'alice:#id'.

Example can be found in https://solid.github.io/data-interoperability-panel/specification/#access-hierarchy as the first DataAuthorization example.
