How can community members join #7

Hi!

Great initiative!! I have a question: how can community members join?

To join the team, just come to the gitter chat room and to our next meeting on June 8th. There is a board appointed by timbl and if you want to join that, there is a nomination and election process. But there is no process or requirement for joining the team itself.

@MarrelleBailey is going to post an application for any community members to apply to join the DEIT Chairs group, who help organize the meetings, plans, and GitHub.
