Update security-privacy-review #137

In response to https://github.com/solid/specification/issues/147 and https://github.com/solid/specification/blob/main/CONTRIBUTING.md#publication-rules

Partly depends on the notions introduced in https://github.com/solid/notifications/pull/135 .

This PR updates in the non-normative section resolving https://github.com/solid/notifications/issues/119 .

It is encouraged that improvements are made in subsequent PRs.
