Is the proposed notification endpoint negotiation tied to OIDC? #21

The current ED encourages existing approaches ( as per https://solid.github.io/notifications/protocol#authentication-authorization ) , so if used alongside the Solid Protocol, the expectation is to use what's specified by that specification.
