"About" entry on github page is wrong #2

It links to https://cxres.github.io/solid-prep/ which doesn't exist.

Yeah, I intend to add a landing page for the spec (basically moving over the readme and a template). But that is quite low priority atm.

I've fixed it for now to point directly to the protocol ED.
