Solid & LDP discoverability: schema.org/WebAPI class and properties #139

AFAIU, there are currently no plans to make it possible to reference LDP and SOLID APIs with WebAPI; which would be an unfortunate missed opportunity to enable discovery of LDP and SOLID APIs.
