Change ambiguous PUT description in api-rest.md #200

From my point of view, the word standard could be interpreted as "usual/common" but also as "specification-standard" (see #198 ). Therefore I'd propose to change it to the word "common".

I can't see what the change in the second part of the diff... Is there any?

No, I don't know why it highlights this passage as different. I've only changed the one word in the PUT section while editing. And I've copied the two versions to diffchecker.com and it said that they are identical.

Sounds like linefeeds. dos2unix maybe set things straight if that be the case.
