@elf-pavlik — https://github.com/solid/specification/pull/513#discussion_r1144971721 should be merged, as we cannot make suggestions of (needed, as on line 58, where access top the group should be access to the group) changes to your suggested change...

I don't have write access to this repo, otherwise, I would have just added a commit to this PR instead of using the suggestion feature.

@csarven — Please merge the suggestion by @elf-pavlik, which just puts the actual minutes in place of the agenda ... so we can suggest changes to the minutes PR as usual
