Update ED/qa as CG-DRAFT

Updates Solid QA, Version 0.3. Publishes:

• This version: https://solidproject.org/ED/qa (update)

"This version" is a request to be published as a CG-DRAFT report of the Solid CG.

Solid QA has only one document type at ED/qa. (Whereas Solid Protocol, Solid Notifications Protocol, Web Access Control have separate documents for "published" and "editor's drafts").

The Preview below shows the proposed latest state for CG-DRAFT Report. The Diff shows the changes made towards CG-DRAFT, including correction classes 1-2, added #acknowledgements, updated #classes-of-products (added missing definitions) - I've only included the last two in this PR.

Pre-approve the publication of PROPOSAL 1, including possible editorial changes (correction classes 1-2), and then integrated into documents listed in PROPOSAL 1. SC to update PR and merge.
