Add Solid Team meetings in vCalendar #55

As the Solid Team no longer maintains email invitations to team meetings, the agreement in 2024-01-10 meeting was to have a vCalendar in this repo where people can subscribe to it. Some background: 2022-01-12 was where the idea was introduced (published on solidcommunity.net for testing) but it was only a proposal back then. The understanding was also to eventually publish the event on the website along with other events.

This is a great idea, and I look forward to its merging upon which I will indeed subscribe to that vCal. I hope that similar will be done for all Solid-related meetings, so they can all automagically appear on my calendar, which should improve my attendance (though it will likely remain imperfect, as conflicts do happen).

Merging so we can have the calendar available as soon as possible. There is consensus on this topic anyway, and it was an ACTION from a recent meeting.
