For question 3/3.1 I should have seen an explanation telling me that articles are what drive most people to the site, and that they should invest in articles to increase first touches. Also that they can focus less on Google searches. The facebook retargetting ad and email weekly newsletter get people to make purchases. They should invest in those to increase purchases. (The email retargetting campaign and google paid search were less effective in driving purchases.)
