Hey there, love the work you're doing and just wanted to let you know that it looks like we're trying to accomplish similar things:

I'm using uBlue's startingpoint as a base as they provide tons of tooling to make the process of modifying the base images easier.

Your repo seems significantly less opinionated though as it lets the user make many key decisions. Anyhow, just wanted to leave this note in case there's room for collaboration. If not, feel free to ignore this :)

Hi @qoijjj - really pleased you got in touch. I'd be happy to collaborate, although please note that the time I can allocate this project is limited at present - I hope to be a bit freer in early 2024. How can I best reach you?
