Better handling of expand[] param #28

Neater approach of passing expand parameter to qs, using qsStringifyOptions. Also allow the expand parameter on transactions requests, which is undocumented but supported.

Was unaware of qsStringifyOptions - that's much neater.

I'll get round to shifting from mondo to monzo ;)
