Request to participate in translation of the solidity docs for pt-portuguese.

Hi @jmfrancolin - Sorry for not seeing this earlier!

Usually the process I would recommend is first starting as a contributor to the translation and then asking the current maintainers if they want to add you as another maintainer as well. You can contribute without the "maintainer" status to any translation.

That being said, the situation for the Portuguese translation is a bit of a special one at the moment. As far as I know, none of the two current maintainers ever started with the actual translation (as you can see here: https://github.com/solidity-docs/pt-portuguese) so we would love to find new maintainers that are more committed!
