add installation section in readme #6

Hello,

Just adding an installation section in the README to ease installation when coming to the repository.

I noticed that other repositories don't have the installation section either, maybe it was a choice to leave it out. In this case, feel free to close this PR.

Thanks a lot for the work you've done on Solid.js, I've been loving it 🙌

No you are absolutely right. It's such a simple task often forget to add it in haste.
