Minor fixes #40

Fix NaN, undefined and Infinity being included in dependency lists in granular mode
Remove array utilities
Replace Object.is with simpler alternative (so that it only covers NaN but not -0)
Fixes #44

I merged this but it didn't merge the way I expected it to and didn't update on git. I will close this as the contents are already in but no idea why it didn't credit the merge properly.
