Add descriptions of the solver field outputs #40

The documentation should explain what the solver output fields are, e.g. D, sigma, epsilon, etc.

This issue was inspired by https://www.cfd-online.com/Forums/openfoam/246657-some-problems-bi-material-computation-using-solids4foam.html#post841286.
