Waiting on https://github.com/solidusio-contrib/solidus_active_shipping/pull/7 for the translations needed to properly target these fields.

If we're going to have a feature spec, then we might as well input these settings as an admin would.

Pulled these changes in #38, so closing this PR in favor of that.
