Add the ability to add an entry type from the Solidus admin panel #14

We want to allow the admin user to add the option types using the Solidus admin panel.

The steps to accomplish this feature are:

[x] Add the content label to the Solidus sidebar
[x] Show the list of the entry types
[x] Show the action to add a new entry type
[x] Add the entry type form with the name, the provider and the option type form based on the selected provider

Each entry type can be modified or deleted.
