I'm adding CircleCI on this project and making the test suite green.

@kennyadsl since we're removing the old badges we should also add the new CircleCI badge. Unfortunately I can't generate it because I don't have permissions to edit CircleCI's settings.

Done, do we want to merge the new executors in the orb first or are we good with merging the development preview?

Orbs development versions last ~30 days so I think we should merge new executors first
