Make the extension ready for the first release #40

This PR contains some fixes in order to prepare the extension to be ready for the first release on RubyGems.

Let me know WDYT if you have concerns about a specific commit or want to add something.

Probably, it will be better also to update all cop descriptions because most of them contain some TODO stuff, and others contain wrong examples.
