Summary

There's no solidus_frontend v4, so we just pull the gem for the main branch.

Adopt new Solidus default branch. Ref. solidusio/solidus#5042

Update CI configuration.

Closing, as there's no point in supporting Solidus v4 for solidus_bolt when it only works with solidus_frontend (which is no longer part of Solidus v4).
