Based on initial investigation, it seems to occur only in @Sairam0496 pc and works fine in other pc's with same LabVIEW version. And the cause could be that though the Refresh boolean button text is disabled, it is getting enabled and causing the distortion. So, to be on the safer side the boolean text can be removed.

Additional note: @Sairam0496 has enabled multiple advanced LabVIEW properties via LabVIEW.ini which we suspect might cause the issue.
