Old DBC URL in MSLearn module #3

There is an old URL to a DBC archive in one of the mslearn modules.

Specifically, in the Process streaming data with Azure Databricks structured streaming module

in the Perform stream processing using structured streaming page

the instructions to import the DBC archive are as in the below screenshot

It points users to an old location. The DBC in this repo should be used instead:
