Notebook already imported, no need to duplicate it #6

The notebook Tech-Immersion is already present in the environment, suggestion to include a comment if the notebook is already present to skip the import step and continue with step 8.

@mdmaarschalk, thanks for the pull request. In this particular instance, we had left this step in to ensure the users are always getting the most recent version of the notebooks since we have, on occasion, had issues where the notebooks preloaded in the pre-configured environment are not the most up to date.

For now, going to close this one without merging, but we will keep this suggestion in mind and incorporate in the future if it makes sense.
