Spinning icon keeps showing when an error occurs #131

portal version 1.1.1 gloo edge version 1.9.0

When loading the API in the Dev Portal site, when there is an error in the request, the spinning icon keeps running indefinitely.

However, nothing lets the user know that an error happened.
